Export Logistics Administrator

Coordinate export shipments from origin to destination.Prepare and manage export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading).Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal departments.Track shipments and provide updates to stakeholders and customers.Manage export licenses and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.Handle booking of cargo with carriers and negotiate shipping schedules.Resolve shipping delays, customs issues, or documentation discrepancies.Maintain accurate records of shipments and export activities.Monitor logistics costs and support cost optimization initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in export logistics or international shipping.Strong knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms.Familiarity with customs regulations and international trade compliance.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Excellent communication and coordination skills.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
