Export Logistics Coordinator

Job Title: Export Logistics Coordinator Location: Tanta, Egypt

Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating export shipments from order confirmation to final delivery, ensuring smooth operations, accurate documentation, and compliance with export regulations.

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clients- Prepare and review export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, B/L)- Follow up on shipment bookings, schedules, and delivery timelines- Track shipments and handle delays or issues efficiently- Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all export documentation- Maintain shipment records and update logistics data

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field)0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)Excellent command of English is a must (written & spoken)Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is requiredGood communication and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesGood knowledge of Microsoft ExcelPreferred:Basic knowledge of export/logisticsInterest in agriculture / fresh produce sectorPrevious internship or training in logistics/export is a plus
