Export Logistics Specialist

Manage end-to-end export logistics operations from factory to final destinationCoordinate with freight forwarders (sea & air) and shipping lines for bookings and schedulesPrepare and review all export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc.)Liaise with customs brokers to ensure smooth and compliant clearance processesTrack shipments and proactively resolve any logistics or delivery issuesEnsure timely deliveries while optimizing cost efficiencyCommunicate effectively with international clients and internal departments

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field3–5 years of proven experience in export logistics or a similar roleStrong knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping terms (Incoterms)Excellent command of English (written and spoken)Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience in industrial/manufacturing companies is highly preferred
