Export Logistics Specialist

Coordinate and process export shipments in accordance with company policies and international trade regulationsPrepare and review export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.)Ensure compliance with customs regulations, export laws, and trade compliance requirementsLiaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and internal departmentsFamiliarity with DG & non DG shipmentsMaintain accurate records of export activities and documentationIncoterms understanding , LCs ,and export complianceFamiliarity with COMESA CertificationsKnowledge of African and GCC export procedure

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fieldProven experience in export coordination, logistics, or shippingKnowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs proceduresFamiliarity with export documentation and compliance requirementsSAP or ERP experience
