Job Title: Export Sales Manager – Detergents (East Africa Markets)
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager with a strong background in the detergents industry to lead and expand our business across East African markets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing export strategies, managing distributor relationships, and driving revenue growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement export sales strategies targeting East African countries.Identify and establish new business opportunities, distributors, and key accounts in the region.Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners.Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and market share objectives.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and pricing trends.Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.Monitor and analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.Represent the company in international exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in export sales, preferably in detergents or FMCG industry.Proven experience handling East African markets (e.g., Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia).Strong network of distributors and clients in the region is highly preferred.Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to travel frequently across assigned markets.Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
