We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facial Aesthetic & Maxillofacial Dentist to join our premier clinical team.

This role is designed for a clinician who bridges the gap between functional oral health and advanced facial aesthetics.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive care that ranges from corrective jaw procedures to non-surgical facial rejuvenation.The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of facial anatomy and a "whole-face" approach to dentistry, ensuring that every procedure enhances both the patient's health and their aesthetic confidence.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Procedures: Perform advanced dental and minor maxillofacial surgeries, including complex extractions, dental implants, and bone grafting.Aesthetic Treatments: Administer non-surgical facial treatments such as neurotoxins (Botox), dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation therapies to complement dental outcomes.Comprehensive Diagnosis: Utilize 3D imaging (CBCT) and digital smile design to create integrated treatment plans for facial harmony.Reconstructive Care: Manage patients requiring corrective treatments for TMJ disorders, facial pain, or post-traumatic dental aesthetics.Patient Consultation: Conduct thorough aesthetic assessments, managing patient expectations while providing evidence-based recommendations.Collaboration: Work closely with orthodontists and prosthodontists to ensure functional occlusion aligns with aesthetic goals.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.Specialization: Proven residency training or advanced certification in Maxillofacial surgery or Facial Aesthetics.Licensure: Active state dental license in good standing and appropriate certifications for injectable treatments.Technical Proficiency: Mastery of facial anatomy, including the underlying musculature and nerve pathways.Artistic Eye: A strong sense of symmetry and proportion to achieve natural-looking aesthetic results.Soft Skills: Exceptional bedside manner and the ability to explain complex surgical procedures to patients in a calming, accessible way.
