Facilities Supervisor

Oversee daily operations of facility support servicesSupervise Security, Housekeeping, and Laundry teamsEnsure cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control standards are maintainedMonitor performance of outsourced services and vendors (if applicable)Develop and implement schedules and workflows for support teamsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hospital regulationsHandle incidents and ensure quick resolution of operational issuesCoordinate with different departments to support hospital needsPrepare reports on performance, issues, and improvementsMaintain high service quality across all facility-related functions

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field2-5 years of experience in facility management or operations (preferably in healthcare)Experience managing Security, Housekeeping, or similar teamsStrong leadership and team management skillsGood organizational and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office
