Facility Management

Coordinate with FM managers, supervisors, and site teams to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of MEP systems (mechanical & electrical).Support the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.Ensure all systems are maintained in compliance with standards, SLAs, and project requirements.Monitor and maintain electrical systems, including LV panels, MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, lighting systems, earthing, and backup systems (generators/UPS).Review technical documents, O&M manuals, and system specifications for both mechanical and electrical systems.Identify faults, troubleshoot issues, and follow up on corrective actions and root cause analysis.Monitor system performance (mechanical & electrical) to ensure efficiency, reliability, and KPI compliance.Assist in training technicians on proper operation and maintenance procedures for MEP systems.Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for maintenance activities and technical support.Support the preparation of monthly reports, performance dashboards, and incident reports.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements, especially for electrical safety.

Education: -Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering.

Experience Needed: -2–5 years in mechanical & electrical systems, preferably in FMSoftware’s Usage Experience:

• SAP / CAD / Revit / Visio …Exposure to AutoCAD and MS Office Skills Needed: -Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems & electrical systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Willingness to travel to various project sites.
