Factory Manager

Manage and oversee daily factory operations including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.Ensure production targets are achieved regarding quantity, quality, cost efficiency, and delivery schedules.Develop and implement production plans while optimizing workflow and operational efficiency.Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, labor laws, and quality standards.Lead, train, supervise, and motivate factory employees and supervisors.Coordinate with senior management to support strategic business goals.Identify operational issues and implement effective corrective actions.Maintain high standards of operational performance and workplace discipline.

7–10 years of experience in garment manufacturing, including managerial positions.Strong understanding of garment production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality management systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Textile, or a related field is preferred.Male candidates are preferred.
