Factory Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee all daily operations of our manufacturing plant.

The ideal candidate will ensure production efficiency, maintain quality standards, enforce safety protocols, and lead the plant team to achieve operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Management: Plan, organize, and oversee production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and meet production targets
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure products meet company and industry standards
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate factory staff including supervisors, technicians, and production workers
• Budget & Cost Control: Prepare and manage the plant budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Maintenance: Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure minimal downtime
• Health & Safety: Enforce HSE policies and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Supply Chain: Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure raw material availability
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on plant performance, KPIs, and production metrics to senior management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
• Experience: 20 years in manufacturing, with 5 years in a managerial role
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP/ERP systems, and manufacturing processes
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead large teams and manage cross-functional operations
• Certifications: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or PMP is a plus
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic and English
• Software: Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems .
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
