Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee daily factory operations to ensure production targets are achieved.Develop and implement production plans to maximise efficiency and productivity.Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance performance and minimize waste.Manage production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and logistics teams.Monitor production KPIs and prepare operational performance reports.Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth operations.Ensure machine availability through preventive maintenance planning.Control production costs and improve operational efficiency.Maintain inventory accuracy and production material availability.Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the factory.BenefitsCompetitive salaryPerformance-based bonusOvertime compensationMobile allowanceCompany laptopProfessional training and development courses

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.8–15 years of experience in manufacturingPrevious experience in refrigeration, HVAC, cooling systems, commercial refrigeration, or industrial equipment manufacturing is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing operations, quality systems, and inventory management.Experience implementing operational improvements and cost reduction initiatives.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Experience with ERP systems is a must.Excellent communication and team management skills.Candidates residing near the factory location will be preferredPreferred SkillsFactory ManagementMetal FabricationManufacturing OperationsProduction PlanningLean ManufacturingQuality ControlProcess ImprovementKPI ManagementInventory ManagementSupply Chain CoordinationMaintenance ManagementCost ReductionContinuous ImprovementTeam Leadership
