Factory Manager (Riadco)

Oversee daily factory operations to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of office furniture and interior products.Lead, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and high performance.Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of product excellence.Coordinate with design, engineering, and logistics teams to streamline workflow and resolve production bottlenecks.Develop and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, optimizing resource utilization and minimizing waste.Analyze production data and prepare regular reports on output, efficiency, and areas for improvement.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lean manufacturing principles and best practices.Maintain and schedule preventive maintenance for factory machinery and equipment.Support the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance productivity and product quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical).10+ years manufacturing experience, 3+ years in similar position.Strong leadership and communication skills.Experience with ERP systems and production KPIs.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
