Factory Partnerships & Field Outreach Associate — Egypt

Delta Evals is expanding a new industrial data-gathering service in Egypt and is looking for a motivated Factory Partnerships & Field Outreach Associate to help identify, contact, and onboard factories for paid collaboration opportunities.You will reach out to factories, introduce Delta Evals, explain the collaboration opportunity professionally, schedule introductory calls or meetings, and help move interested factories toward participation.The project involves recording specific workflow processes in factories using privacy-conscious methods.

Full project details, factory offer structure, and compensation terms will be shared with qualified candidates during onboarding.This is primarily a commission-based role, with strong earning potential tied to successful factory partnerships and closed deals.

Strong communication and persuasion skillsConfidence speaking with factory owners, managers, HR teams, and operations supervisorsGood Arabic and English communication skills.Experience in sales, business development, field sales, partnerships, or client acquisitionAbility to identify and contact potential factory partners in EgyptStrong follow-up, organization, and record-keeping skillsComfortable using phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and in-person outreachInterest in manufacturing, industrial operations, AI, data, or startupsExisting contacts with factories, industrial zones, or manufacturing businesses in Egypt is a strong plus
