Managing the heavy equipment fleet to optimize efficiency, maximize productivity and minimize costs.Planning and supervising daily maintenance to keep all tractors and heavy machines running without breakdowns.Ensuring all equipment is 100% ready for work before the start of the planting and harvesting seasons.Managing the spare parts store and ordering necessary items while keeping costs as low as possible.Analyzing maintenance reports to identify recurring technical issues and implement permanent solutions.Managing relationships with equipment dealerships and external workshops for specialized repairs and warranty claims.Reviewing and approving major repair decisions to ensure cost effectiveness and quality of work.Improving operators and technicians’ performance through guidance on preventive checks to extend equipment life.Giving reports to the manager about which machines need to be replaced or upgraded with new ones.Keeping the immediate supervisor consistently updated on equipment performance and maintenance activities.

Bachelor of Agricultural Engineering.8-10 Years of Experience in Similar field.English (Good).Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
