Feasibility Studies Specialist

Conduct market research and competitive analysis for proposed projects and investments.Prepare financial models including forecasting, budgeting, ROI, IRR, NPV, and break-even analysis.Analyze operational, technical, and commercial feasibility of projects.Collect and evaluate economic, industry, and market data.Prepare detailed feasibility study reports and executive presentations.Assess project risks and provide mitigation recommendations.Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants to gather required data.Evaluate project costs, revenues, profitability, and sustainability.Support investment planning and strategic business initiatives.Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.Ensure studies comply with company standards and applicable regulations.Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.MBA or professional certification is a plus.3–7 years of experience in feasibility studies, financial analysis, business consulting, or investment analysis.Strong knowledge of financial modeling and market analysis.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity with business intelligence and data analysis tools is preferred.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong presentation and report-writing abilities.Very good command of English and Arabic.
