FF&E Manager

Define FF&E methodologies, workflows, and technical standards.Review designs, specifications, and operator brand requirements.Prepare FF&E schedules, specifications, and technical submissions.Identify technical risks and execution challenges early.Act as technical representative with owners, consultants, and operator.Support bidding, pricing assumptions, and pre-contract planning.Build and manage FF&E vendor & supplier database.Strengthen client relationships and support business growth.

7+ years of experience in FF&E / hospitality / interior projects.Strong exposure to international hotel operators.Solid understanding of FF&E scope, materials, and execution.Detail-oriented, structured, and client-facing.
