Overview: As a Field Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring the seamless functionality and optimal performance of complex systems within the energy sector.

Responsibilities:Execute comprehensive maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of various electrical submersible pump (ESP) systems and related equipment.Conduct rigorous field assessments and provide expert engineering solutions to complex operational challenges.Oversee on-site projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and minimize downtime.Generate detailed technical reports and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and field technicians.

Required Skills:Exceptional proficiency in ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) systems and related technologies.Strong foundation in general Engineering principles, particularly within the Oil & Gas domain.Extensive experience in equipment Maintenance, diagnostic, and repair procedures.Proven ability in Oil & Gas Operations and field service execution.Advanced Troubleshooting skills for complex electrical and mechanical systems.Demonstrated experience in Project Management within a field environment.Thorough understanding and adherence to industry Safety Regulations.Excellent capabilities in Technical Reporting and documentation.Solid grasp of Electrical Systems and their integration.Proficiency in Mechanical Systems and their operational dynamics.Adept at Data Analysis to optimize performance and predict issues.Superior Client Communication and interpersonal skills.Experience Requirements:A minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Field Engineer or in a similar role within the Oil & Gas/Energy sector.Proven track record of successfully managing and executing field projects from inception to completion.Career Level Expectations:This is an Experienced level role, seeking professionals who are ready to take on significant responsibilities, lead initiatives, and mentor emerging talent.
