- Perform and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance (PM & CM) for telecom tower sites and base transceiver stations (BTS).
- Oversee site installations, equipment testing, and power system integration (Generators, ATS, UPS, Rectifiers, and Batteries).
- Troubleshoot electrical, power, and telecom equipment failures promptly to minimize network downtime.
- Conduct site audits, inspection visits, and technical reporting for site conditions and maintenance logs.
- Ensure strict adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards on site.
- Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and client technical teams (Huawei / Orange) for smooth project execution.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Education:Bachelor’s degree inElectrical EngineeringorTelecommunications Engineering.
- Experience:1 to 3 yearsof hands-on experience in telecom site installation, commissioning, or field maintenance (PM/CM).
- Military Status:Completed(with Good Conduct certificate) orFinal Exemption(Mandatory Requirement).
- Strong technical background in telecom site power infrastructure, generators, rectifiers, and HVAC control systems.
- Ability to work in the field and handle emergency call-outs.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and team-handling skills.
- Up to 30% monthly performance bonus.
- Monthly mobile allowance of EGP
