Field Operation Specialist

Conduct field visits to merchants, suppliers, and partner companies.

Collect, verify, and update merchant and company information.

Capture products and business photos for documentation and listing purposes.

Organize, categorize, and verify inventory and product details.

Coordinate product loading and account setup processes.

Manage merchant onboarding activities and ensure completion of required documentation.

Serve as the main point of contact between merchants and the company.

Conduct site inspections and assessments as required.

Follow up on merchant accounts and operational requirements.

Prepare visit reports and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant activation and operations.

Resolve merchant inquiries and operational issues in a timely manner

Bachelor's degree in relevant fieldPrevious experience in the construction, contracting, or building materials industry is mandatory.

Must Own a carGood communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to conduct field visits and site inspections.

Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Experience in merchant onboarding, operations, or account management is a plus
