Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager Automotive

The Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for managing all vehicle financing and insurance activities, developing relationships with banks and insurance companies, maximizing finance and insurance product penetration, ensuring compliance with dealership policies, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Manage and oversee all vehicle financing and insurance transactions.Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, leasing companies, and insurance providers.Present financing and insurance options to customers professionally and transparently.Achieve monthly finance and insurance penetration targets.Prepare finance applications and ensure accuracy of all documentation.Coordinate between customers, sales consultants, banks, and insurance companies.Monitor financing approvals and ensure timely vehicle deliveries.Develop strategies to increase finance and insurance revenue.Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.Train and support sales consultants on finance and insurance products.Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the financing process.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance & Insurance, Automotive Finance, Banking, or Leasing.Automotive dealership experience is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of vehicle financing and insurance products.Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.Strong analytical and reporting abilities.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.Good command of English.
