Job SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Finance & Operations Supervisor to support the financial and operational activities of a growing automotive business in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting, overseeing administrative processes, and supporting operational efficiency in a fast-paced startup environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field4–7 years of experience in accounting and/or operationsStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reportingExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) or accounting softwareFamiliarity with VAT regulations in Saudi Arabia is a plusStrong Excel skills (reporting, data analysis)Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a startup environment

Preferred QualificationsExperience in automotive, retail, or distribution industriesPrior experience working in GCC or willingness to relocate to RiyadhProfessional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus
