Provide leadership and management to the financial departmentProvide financial strategy recommendations to CFO and executive teamIdentify and address potential financial risks for the companyOversee all financial decisions, such as budgeting and auditingImplement strategies and systems to improve financial performanceSupport financial department in developing short and long term financial goalsReview financial reports and determine methods to reduce costsTake control of financial records and documentationServe as a key point of contact for financial department and auditors

Experience not less than 15 year and at least 5 year in same positionProven experience as a Financial Manager at a large manufacturing companyadvanced studies CMA. CPA , CFA ,MBA is highly preferredAnalytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable informationOverseeing the reconciliation of income and expense reportsPreparing and analyzing financial statements and profit and loss reportsDesigning financial models that will benefit different operating initiativesSupervising the finance department and ensuring that all activities are current and updated
