Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to support financial operations, reporting, and analysis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and reconciliationsAssist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processesMonitor accounts payable and receivable transactionsPerform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesSupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesAnalyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-makingEnsure compliance with company policies and financial regulationsAssist in audits by providing required documentation and reportsTrack expenses and ensure proper cost allocationSupport process improvements to enhance financial efficiency

Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accountingStrong understanding of financial principles and accounting practicesProficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred)Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plusGood analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesCandidates residing in Nasr City are preferred.
