Financial Accountant

Record and review daily journal entries.Perform daily bank reconciliations.Monitor revenues, expenses, and financial transactions.Record and review supplier and customer invoices.Follow up on payment gateway operations and bank transfers.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.Monitor and analyze financial shortages and discrepancies.Assist in preparing financial statements, Zakat, and tax reports.Coordinate with operational departments and the finance management team.Ensure the accuracy of the financial cycle and compliance with accounting procedures.

1 to 3 years of accounting experience.Excellent proficiency in Excel.Experience with accounting systems (preferably Zoho Books or ERP systems).Good understanding of bank reconciliations and journal entries.High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Experience in e-commerce or digital stores is preferred.Knowledge of VAT and Zakat fundamentals.Saudi Arabia / or remote work, depending on the agreement.
