Lead end-to-end financial reporting ensuring full compliance with IFRS and local regulationsDrive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning aligned with business strategyPerform advanced financial analysis and variance analysis to support executive decisionsLead cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiencyDevelop and enhance internal control frameworks and ensure audit readinessManage internal & external audits and ensure timely closure of audit findingsPartner with senior management to deliver insights, KPIs, and performance dashboardsLead ERP implementation and digital transformation projects (SAP, Oracle, Odoo)Oversee cash flow management, CAPEX planning, and investment analysisBuild, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCMA is highly preferred10–12+ years of experience in finance, including leadership roles in Financial ControllingStrong experience in manufacturing or industrial sectorsProven experience in ERP systems implementation (SAP is a strong plus)Advanced Excel and Power BI skillsStrong knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, and audit processesExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
