Financial Controller

Oversee all accounting and financial reporting activities.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.Develop and maintain strong internal control systems.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.Coordinate internal and external audits.Analyze financial results and provide recommendations to senior management.Monitor costs and identify opportunities for improving profitability.Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.8+ years of experience in finance and accounting, including supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred.Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Excellent command of English.
