Financial Controlling Specialist (Outsource).

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.0-2 years of proven experience in FP&A or Controlling (manufacturing experience is a plus).Excellent English writing & SpeakingAdvanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) and Power BI.Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate financial variances.Collaborative, proactive, and capable of meeting tight monthly deadlines.Progress toward professional certifications (CMA, ACCA, or IFRS) is considered an advantage.
