Financial Director- Real Estate

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy.Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance management.Oversee treasury, cash flow, and financing activities.Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.Manage relationships with banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.Evaluate investment opportunities and oversee financial feasibility studies.Present financial reports and strategic recommendations to the Executive Management and Board of Directors.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a strong advantage.Minimum 15 years of experience in finance and investment, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.Proven experience within a leading real estate development or real estate investment company.Strong expertise in financial planning, treasury, funding, cash flow management, and investment analysis.In-depth knowledge of IFRS, taxation, corporate governance, and financial controls.Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills.
