Financial Manager

We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Financial Manager with 15–18 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial planning, and corporate finance.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, compliance, and team leadership, with a solid track record in managing financial operations within a corporate environment.This role will play a critical part in driving the company’s financial health, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all aspects of accounting and financial management, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and tax compliance.Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls and financial policies.Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and KPIs for senior leadership.Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.Provide strategic financial insights to support corporate decision-making and investment planning.Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and timely filings.Manage treasury functions, cash flow, and banking relationships.Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development.Support M&A activities, due diligence, and integration efforts as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;

Master’s degree or MBA preferred.Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent professional certification is required.15–18 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial management role.Strong technical knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting standards.Demonstrated experience in corporate finance, budgeting, financial modeling, and cost analysis.Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Preferred Attributes:Experience in multinational corporations or large enterprise environments.Background in sectors such as manufacturing, construction, services, or finance.Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to work cross-functionally.
