Finishing Engineer

Location: Alexandria – North Coast, Km 79 (Transportation is provided.)Supervise and monitor finishing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.Inspect architectural and MEP finishing activities to maintain quality standards.Review and verify client-approved modifications on site.Prepare and follow up on snag lists and checklists for pending items.Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and Customer Service Engineering.Support unit inspections and handover processes.Prepare periodic progress and quality reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (preferred) or Civil Engineering.2–4 years of experience in finishing works within real estate or construction projects.Strong knowledge of finishing details, MEP coordination, and handover procedures.Experience in snagging, inspections, and client handovers.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
