Finishing Site Engineer

Supervise and follow up on all finishing works for villas and apartments.Ensure that all finishing activities meet quality standards and project specifications.Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to maintain project timelines.Provide and purchase required materials for the site, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.Monitor the execution of painting, flooring, carpentry, gypsum, and other finishing tasks.Conduct quality inspections and resolve any site-related issues.Maintain accurate records of site progress and material usage.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.Proven experience in finishing works for villas and apartments.Strong knowledge of materials, finishing techniques, and construction standards.Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong communication and negotiation skills.
