Finishing works Site Engineer

Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.Liaise with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and workflow.Monitor daily progress, prepare site reports, and maintain accurate project documentation.Conduct quality inspections and ensure all work meets regulatory and company standards.Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions to challenges encountered on site.Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular site safety audits.Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize site productivity.Assist in the preparation and review of project plans, drawings, and schedules.Coordinate site logistics and oversee the delivery and storage of materials.Support the implementation of environmental and sustainability initiatives on site.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.2-5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar engineering role.Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination.Proficiency in project management and site supervision.Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Willingness to work on-site with a flexible, hands-on approach.
