Receive & coordinate staff requirements and schedule these needs.Prepare and implement preventive regular maintenance & service schedules for all the company’s vehicles.Coordinate with vendors for any repairs, maintenance, or other services.Maintain detailed records of vehicles’ maintenance & inspection schedules.Ensure accurate logs of all cars based (vehicle list, overall condition of vehicles, issue list, repair history, fuel logs, mileage logs, tire averages, etc.)Responsible for ordering new vehicles with established vendor relationships.Register and license all the company’s vehicles.Execute & coordinate all vehicle insurance claims & procedures.Develop strategies for greater fuel efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree.3-5 years of experience in fleet coordination.Good command of English.Very good user of MS Office.Excellent communication skills.Multitask & problem solver.
