Fleet Manager

Supervise daily operations of the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.Coordinate and schedule vehicle assignments to support production, delivery, and service requirements.Monitor fleet performance, track vehicle usage, and maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with transportation regulations.Oversee routine and preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend vehicle lifespan.Manage and train drivers, ensuring adherence to company policies and high standards of professionalism.Collaborate with logistics, production, and procurement teams to align fleet operations with business needs.Analyze fleet data to identify trends, optimize routes, and recommend cost-saving initiatives.Handle incident reports, accidents, and insurance claims in a timely and effective manner.Prepare regular reports on fleet status, expenses, and operational performance for management review.

4-6 years of proven experience in fleet supervision, transportation, or logistics management.Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and fleet management best practices.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising and training drivers or fleet staff.Familiarity with transportation regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements.Proficient in using fleet management software and Microsoft Office applications.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
