Fleet Supervisor

Relevant educational background (Bachelor’s degree) .Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet supervision, preferably manufacturing field.Good knowledge of road networks.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Good leadership and communication skills.Preferably residents of El Obour or nearby areas.

Supervise daily movement of distribution vehicles according to the approved delivery plan.Coordinate with Sales and Warehouse departments to ensure order readiness and on-time dispatch.Plan loading schedules and assign routes to drivers.Monitor drivers’ adherence to assigned routes and delivery timelines.Control and monitor fuel consumption to reduce waste.Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of all vehicles.Handle breakdowns or accidents promptly and take necessary actions.Prepare the needed reports on delivery status , fleet movement, delivery performance, fuel usage, and maintenance status.Evaluate drivers’ performance in terms of discipline, attendance, and efficiency.
