Food Service Sales Manager

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Identify and acquire new customers within the food service and HoReCa sector.Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.Lead and manage the food service sales team, ensuring high performance and target achievement.Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support product launches and promotions.Ensure proper execution of sales plans, pricing strategies, and customer agreements.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with supply chain and logistics for timely deliveries.Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings to maintain strong business relationships.Monitor credit limits and payment collections in coordination with the finance department.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.7–10 years of experience in sales within the Food Service / HoReCa / FMCG sector.Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.Strong network and relationships with key accounts in the Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Catering (HoReCa) sector.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems.Very good command of English.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
