Foreign Procurement Specialist

Global Sourcing: Identifying and evaluating overseas suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability.Vendor Negotiation: Requesting quotations, preparing comparison sheets, and negotiating terms (pricing, delivery dates, and payment terms) with international vendors.Order Management: Issuing Purchase Orders (POs) and tracking shipments from departure to final delivery.Logistics & Customs: Coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal logistics teams to ensure compliance with international trade regulations and import laws.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working alongside planning, finance, and quality control departments to align purchasing activities with organizational needs.Obtain samples and follow-up sample approvals by creating a database for all material and coded submittals.Produce Materials Schedules with required lead times for take-off, quotation, cost appraisal, and P.O with delivery periods.

Bachelor Degree.(3+)

Years of Experience in Similar field.English (Fluent).Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge.
