Registering the shipments on Nafeza to get the ACID numberReviewing and modifying the shipping documents to confirm their compliance with the regulations and agreed upon terms.

Following up with the brokers the clearance procedures to make sure the shipments are cleared on timeHandling the shipping procedures of the samples and the documents from and to the suppliers/customers/brokers through the different couriers.

Having past experience of 2-3 years in the field of import and export and dealing with Nafeza (MTS) systemGood negotiation skills to get the best shipping rates and conditionsDetailed-oriented and organizedVery good command of English.Excellent user of Microsoft Office (Mainly Excel and Word)Very good problem-solving skills
