Foundation Site Civil Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foundation Site Civil Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing foundation and piling activities on-site, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor all foundation and piling activities on-site.Oversee pile drilling operations, steel cage installation, lowering, and concrete casting.Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and construction standards.Coordinate daily site activities with rig operators, riggers, foremen, and labor teams.Monitor productivity, quality, and progress of foundation works.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Prepare daily progress reports and communicate project updates to management.Identify and resolve site issues to maintain project schedules and quality requirements.Coordinate with project engineers, surveyors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.3–7 years of experience in foundation and piling works.Hands-on experience with:Pile DrillingSteel Cage Fabrication and LoweringConcrete CastingDeep Foundations and Piling SystemsStrong site supervision and team management skills.Ability to lead and coordinate site personnel, including rig operators, riggers, foremen, and laborers.Good understanding of construction methods, quality control, and safety procedures.Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Willingness to work on-site and handle demanding field conditions.
