Fresh Travel Agent (B2C) - Sales Focused

CULTIV Bureau is hiring Travel Agents to support a fast-growing B2C travel account.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about travel and driven by sales.You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, recommending travel options, and converting leads into bookings while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, WhatsApp, CRM)Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel packagesConvert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targetsFollow up with potential customers and maintain engagementAccurately update customer data and interactions on the CRMEnsure a smooth and professional customer journey from inquiry to booking
