Full Stack Software Developer

Stradigi Management Consultancies is looking for a talented Full Stack Software Developer to join our growing Digital Projects team.You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise web applications that support digital transformation initiatives across construction, engineering, and business consulting projects.You will work closely with project managers, consultants, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using modern front-end and back-end technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.Build responsive front-end interfaces using React.js.Develop robust back-end services using ASP.NET Core and Node.js.Design and consume RESTful APIs.Develop and optimize SQL databases.Integrate third-party platforms and enterprise systems.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.Participate in code reviews and software architecture discussions.Collaborate with project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.Ensure software quality, security, and maintainability.Support deployment and production environments.Prepare technical documentation and development reports.

Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.3–6 years of experience in Full Stack Development.Strong experience with React.js.Strong experience with ASP.NET Core.Experience with Node.js.Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.Experience with SQL Server and database design.Experience developing REST APIs.Experience with Git.Knowledge of Azure is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills.Preferred BackgroundDigital Transformation companiesTechnology Consulting firmsSoftware HousesMicrosoft Partner companiesEngineering Technology companiesConstruction Technology (ConTech) companies
