Utilizes diverse training methods and tools to accommodate various learning styles.

Manages the training environment to foster a positive and interactive learning experience.

Communicates technical information clearly and concisely, providing effective demonstrations and guidance.

• Responds to participant inquiries and provides constructive feedback.Collaborate to identify training needs through skills gap analysis.

Develop and maintain accurate and engaging training materials.

Ensure content is technically accurate, relevant, and aligned with best practices and OEM recommendations.

Adapts training content to meet specific audience and learning requirements.

Ensures the training workshop is maintained in a safe, clean, and organized condition.

Reports workshop needs of tools and consumables.

Regularly checks and reports any issues with workshop equipment, tools, and machinery.Performs basic maintenance tasks on equipment as required and within their skill level.

Ensures the workshop layout facilitates effective training delivery and participant safety.

Adheres to all HSE regulations and protocols within the training workshop.

Position Title: GB Academy Technical Trainer PC Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience Special Certification or Training Required:

Required Industry Experience: Minimum 2 Years of Experience Technological Requirements: Very Good command of Microsoft Suites Language Requirements: Very Good command of English (spoken and written)
