General Accountant

Record and maintain daily journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Reconcile accounts, review ledgers, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances, and reporting findings.Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking.Support external and internal audits by providing required documentation.Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in preparing tax returns.Maintain organized financial records and documentation for easy retrieval.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce – Accounting Major Experience: 3 years in General Accounting
