Key Responsibilities:Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.Develop and monitor annual budgets, providing insightful variance analysis and forecasting.Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and optimize financial performance.Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and internal control policies, safeguarding company assets.Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to gather financial data and provide strategic financial guidance.Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes with unwavering accuracy.

Experience: A minimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in an accounting or finance role, demonstrating a strong track record of success at an Experienced career level.Expertise: Proven mastery in Accounting, Finance, Financial Analysis, and Financial Management.Technical Prowess: Exceptional proficiency in Financial Reporting, General Ledger management, and Budgeting.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential, along with hands-on experience with major ERP Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials).Compliance & Control: Solid understanding and practical experience with Regulatory Compliance and internal control frameworks.Analytical Acumen: Superior Attention to Detail, coupled with strong Problem Solving and Data Analysis capabilities.Communication: Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration and clear presentation of financial insights.Location: Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt.
