- Manage full cycle of accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoice entry, payment processing, receipt handling, and reconciliations.
- Ensure all financial activities are carried out accurately, efficiently, and in line with company policies and deadlines.
- Handle petty cash operations and reconcile disbursements accordingly.
- Ensure accurate implementation of applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, WHT, etc.) in all financial transactions.
- Coordinate with financial institutions to monitor and execute day-to-day banking transactions, supporting smooth cash flow operations.
- Safeguard the confidentiality of financial data and ensure regular system backups.
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Organize and maintain accounting documentation in a structured and accessible manner.
- Support other finance department tasks as assigned from time to time.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Advanced level in MS Excel.
- +5 Years of work experience in Accounting.
- Hands on experience in using Oracle Fusion or SAP.
- Experience in construction companies is a big Plus.
- Experience in Egyptian taxes and social insurance office is a must.
