Geologist (Wells Operation & Maintenance – Desalination Plants)

Monitor well operation activities and evaluate performance on a regular basis.Analyze geological and hydrogeological data related to the site.Monitor water levels and water quality, and prepare the required technical reports.Responsible for all maintenance activities according to the preventive maintenance schedule and in compliance with the approved procedures of the company’s Quality Management System.Coordinate with operation and maintenance teams to ensure efficient and continuous workflow.Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety procedures during work activities.Prepare geological maps, drawings, and technical reports when required.Participate in field inspection activities and site visits.Maintain and update wells technical records and related operational data.

Bachelor’s degree in Geology.Preferably 2-5 years of experienced in wells operation & maintenance or desalination plants.Good knowledge of wells systems, pumps, and water treatment operations.Analytical and reporting skills.Ability to work under pressure and in field environments.Good communication and teamwork skills.High level of accuracy, commitment, and problem-solving ability.
