المتطلبات والشروط
- C1 Main language Level & B1+ and B2 English Level
- Minimum 2 Years of customer service experience or Sales (call center or similar).
- Graduates only
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts (9 hours) with 2 days off weekly.
- Recognize, apply and explain your product or service knowledge.
- Computer experience
