GPS Manager

We are hiring a GPS Manager to lead fleet tracking operations within a control room environment.

The role focuses on real-time monitoring of fleet movements, ensuring GPS system accuracy, and supporting operations through data analysis and reporting.You will be responsible for tracking vehicles using GPS systems, ensuring full system connectivity, and analyzing driver behavior (speed, idle time, route deviations).

The role also includes preparing dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI, analyzing fuel consumption, and comparing planned vs. actual performance to improve efficiency.Additionally, you will handle real-time incidents, coordinate with operations teams, and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldProven experience in fleet operations, GPS tracking, or control room environmentsStrong experience with telematics and GPS tracking systemsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI (data analysis & dashboarding)Strong analytical mindset with experience in operational data analysisExperience in driver behavior monitoring and performance trackingSolid understanding of route planning, fleet utilization, and operational KPIsAbility to work in a fast-paced, real-time monitoring environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
