GPS Officer

Monitor the movement of all company vehicles through the GPS tracking system Track vehicle locations and operating status and record any observations or violations.Monitor vehicle speed, stops, and any deviations from assigned routes, where applicable.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on vehicle movements and utilization.Generate reports on trips, operating hours, and mileage for each vehicle.Coordinate with drivers and relevant departments in case of breakdowns, emergencies, or operational issues.Monitor the performance of GPS tracking devices and report any technical faults or communication interruptions.Document unusual incidents or movements and escalate them to management.Update databases and records related to vehicle operations and movements.Provide recommendations to improve fleet efficiency and reduce misuse, violations, and operational risks.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.Proficiency in GPS tracking and fleet management systems.Strong reporting, data analysis, and documentation skills.Ability to work effectively within a team environment and collaborate with different departments.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Experience in the car rental industry is a plus
