Grain - Biz Development

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Grain Biz Specialist to join our team at POSCO International.

Additional Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and present regular reports on trading performance and market insights.Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts.Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.Support strategic planning and business development initiatives in the grain sector.

Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in grain trading, covering both domestic and international markets.Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Agriculture, Economics, or International Trade.Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; ability to communicate professionally with global partners.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.French language skills are a plus and will be considered favorably.Solid understanding of trading principles, market analysis, and contract negotiation.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with trading platforms and software tools relevant to the grain industry.Willing and able to travel freely, both within Egypt and internationally, as required by business needs.
